Webinar Abstract

In a world of ubiquitous connected devices, massive exchange of sensitive data must be protected with cryptographic functions. It is also necessary to prepare for the advent of quantum computers which will make classic asymmetric cryptography obsolete. The recent trend of standardization pushes indeed a safe quantum cryptography. Thus, a wide variety of communication systems and public key infrastructures must be updated with post-quantum cryptography solutions. In this presentation, we discuss the three main functions; signature verification, key encapsulation and secure boot, and how to provide these services in different contexts and constraints of performance.

This webinar will help you understand:

  • The main applications for PQC algorithms, giving an accurate understanding of the subject
  • How classic asymmetric cryptography algorithms may be replaced
  • How PQC can be implemented in all kinds of applications, to answer a variety of use cases

Insights will also be given on the way to best choose and implement the algorithms to answer various performance constraints.
