Webinar Abstract

The world of computing is moving from digital logic to quantum computing. The advent of this new generation of high-performance computers will change the world as they will be able to solve complex mathematical problems. At the same time, quantum computers will have a direct impact on security and especially on encryption algorithms as they will be able to break them easily, even those used for sensitive applications, namely key exchange and digital signatures.

In order to be prepared for the major threats ahead, cryptographers worldwide are working on new ways to protect data and communications with new cryptography algorithms that can withstand quantum computer, called Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC). In many countries, these algorithms are already being verified and close to be standardized.

Secure-IC plays a major role in this international ecosystem.

During this webinar, we will present the current status of the standardization process and what can we expect next.

This webinar will help you understand:

What is the current state of PQC standardization?

PQC implementations can also be vulnerable to physical attacks such as side-channel attack

Best practices in PQC implementation
